How it began: I wanted to capture what the first week back in Hungary felt like, so that some future version of myself could go back and listen in. The ritual continued for a couple of weeks until I came down with a whopper of a cold . Then, a year later I thought to have a listen and I regretted not continuing the ritual, so I picked it back up.
I just arrived in Budapest and decided to start an audio diary about my reflections and experiences. Here I talk about losing my luggage, the help from my landlord, and navigating the local grocery store with a language barrier.
